This project involves the extension of the back side of the building and renovation of all 4 floors of the building including the basement which make up a total area of 4,335 sq. ft.
A new staircase will be erected along with a lift for disabled access to all 4 floors.
The basement will be extended to the full length of the building and will comprise a kitchen, toilets, disabled toilets, and a function room.
The ground floor will have the floor space opened to accommodate the main mosque prayer hall and the top two floors will be fully renovated to accommodate offices, library and Darul Quran school classes.
A complete new roof will also be installed.
The total cost for this project will be £900,000.
